A Unique House in Milan

Located in one of the most intriguing lifestyle districts of the city and a short distance from the business district, this apartment on the first floor of a 1920s building, has been completely renovated by Palomba Serafini Associati architecture studio.

The project maintains the original parts which characterised it, such as the heights of the rooms, the doors, the stuccoes, the cast iron radiators. These classic elements have been integrated with contemporary design furniture and with the current art collection.
The furniture was chosen among the best Italian design companies and the wardrobes were designed and manufactured specifically for the Ginger House Project. In the large living room, featuring a 17 meter long LED chandelier, the doors of the two bedrooms appear along with a small hallway, a work of art itself, leading to the two bathrooms.
In every environment, the works of art play an important and playful role. Information is given by a QR code which explains the apartment, the service connected to it, or the story of each individual work of art.
